NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE APPROVES BOREN
"HALE SCOUTS BILL"
In our continuing efforts to be of greater service to your scouts and leaders we have expanded our motor boating merit badge. As a part of this merit badge the Oklahoma Highway Patrol will conduct their 6 hour boating safety education course. Successful completion of this course will allow scouts to legally operate water craft vehicles on state lakes. Leaders wishing to take this course may do so as well.
